Abe Khan, Senior Sales & Leasing Associate, began his real estate career nearly two decades ago. With a solid foundation in investment property sales and landlord representation, Abe now focuses on retail, multifamily, and storage unit sales, as well as landlord representation and leasing. He currently represents over eight million square feet of both anchored and unanchored retail space for lease in Central Pennsylvania. Abe has a proven track record with regional, local, and national tenants, ranging from single property owners to large REITs.

Specializing in investment property sales and acquisitions, as well as tenant and landlord representation, Abe particularly enjoys landlord representation and investment sales in commercial real estate. He has successfully expanded his portfolio of national and regional accounts and regularly assists other brokers within Bennett Williams on various national retail representation accounts.

Abe has received several sales achievement awards within Bennett Williams and has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker. An active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), he attends all Northeast conventions, networking events, and the annual national convention in Las Vegas. In 2017, Abe joined the Retail Brokers Network (RBN), a partnership of over 65 independent commercial retail real estate offices across the U.S., offering localized expertise to retailers, developers, and investors nationwide.
