Tony brings more than four decades of commercial real estate experience to Bennett Williams, specializing in re-purposing obsolete buildings, as well as new development of single-tenant retail projects. Recent examples include: the ongoing redevelopment of a portfolio of 63gas stations; the sale of a 100 year old mill building to a self-storage operator; the re-purposing of an Acme Market building to a light industrial use; completed an assemblage for a preferred developer of a well-known convenience store; and has listed, sold or leased a handful of corner properties to a nationwide operator of tire stores, a variety of multi-unit fast food franchises.
Beyond Work…
When not at work, you can find Tony at the track. He is heavily involved with auto racing, mostly NHRA drag racing. He was an owner/driver from 2001 to 2014 and an owner/crew chief from 2014 to 2016. His cars have set national records, won regional championships, and won in individual classes.
