Ashlee Lehman

Ashlee Lehman was born and raised in York County, graduating from West York High School in 2013. She went on to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Business & Marketing from West Chester University. 

Her passion for sales began at a young age with Estee Lauder, where she was able to work herself up in the company from Sales Associate to Counter Manager. Although she switched out of a full-time Estee Lauder career, she still holds a brand ambassador position with the company because she enjoys representing a brand she loves and believes in. With her sales experience and degree, she landed herself in an outside sales position for a human capital management company selling payroll, where she remained until joining our Bennett Williams team as Administrative Coordinator. 

Ashlee brings a new energy to our team with her passion to learn and desire to grow. In 2020, Ashlee obtained her real estate license, thus changing her role with our Retail Sales & Leasing team.
