Jake graduated from Lampeter-Strasburg High School early in January 2026, with honors, to obtain his real estate license, joining his father, Jeff Herr and older brother, Jeffery Herr. He will be attending Grove City College in the fall to major in entrepreneurship, while continuing to assist with real estate sales part time.
