Jerry joins the team with over eight years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Bennett Williams, he managed a regional commercial property portfolio exceeding one million square feet for a large commercial real estate firm.

Jerry specializes in transitions, acquisitions, and property sales of all sizes and complexities. Known for his responsiveness and reliability, he leverages a strong professional network to connect buyers, sellers, and strategic partners throughout every phase of a transaction. His experience includes working with numerous franchise partners to expand market presence through sales, leases, and build-to-suit developments.

Jerry currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the community supporting several partners and organizations, reflecting his deep ties to both the industry and the local service area.
