Jimmy Moniz

Jimmy Moniz joined Bennett Williams Commercial in 2024 and has quickly built a diverse transaction portfolio focused on retail brokerage, landlord and tenant representation, and development opportunities throughout Pennsylvania.

Jimmy works with property owners, developers, investors, and retailers on a broad range of assignments, including shopping center leasing, single-tenant net-leased properties, retail pad sites, ground-up developments, land sales, mixed-use projects, corporate sale-leasebacks, subleases, and the repositioning of vacant and excess real estate.

On the landlord representation side, Jimmy has been part of teams representing prominent developers, institutional owners, private shopping center ownership groups, and local investors, including Exchange Right, The Kroenke Group, and ARC Trust. His assignments have included leasing and disposition efforts for excess properties within ALDI’s portfolio, marketing excess development land, handling sublease opportunities, and working on numerous vacant Rite Aid properties throughout Pennsylvania.

Jimmy also brings valuable experience to tenant and developer representation. He has contributed to site selection strategies and Real Estate Committee packages for national retailers represented by Bennett Williams, helping evaluate markets, identify opportunities, and position prospective locations for approval. His work with BWWGO has included site selection and lease negotiations, while his developer representation experience includes identifying and sourcing land for new development opportunities across Pennsylvania.

Jimmy approaches each assignment with an emphasis on understanding the client’s objectives, identifying opportunities, and creating practical real estate solutions. His experience across leasing, sales, site selection, and development gives him the ability to evaluate transactions from multiple perspectives and provide clients with a comprehensive approach to their real estate needs.

An active member of ICSC, Jimmy continues to expand his relationships with retailers, developers, property owners, and fellow brokers throughout the industry. He is also involved with the Retail Brokers Network, further strengthening his access to retail real estate professionals and opportunities on both a regional and national level.
