Kandy joined Bennett Williams Commercial in 2022, bringing more than 18 years of experience in real estate. She leads the firm’s State College office, specializing in commercial transactions throughout the North Central Pennsylvania region.

Before joining Bennett Williams, Kandy spent nearly a decade with Keystone Real Estate Group, where she managed a 2+ million square foot portfolio and grew brokerage operations by more than 40 times. Her strong background in property management and deal structuring has made her a trusted partner to clients across a variety of industries.

Kandy has worked with major national retailers and developers, including Trader Joe’s, Lowe’s, Ulta, The Men’s Wearhouse, Old Navy, Taco Bell, KFC, and Sheetz. Her portfolio includes large-scale projects such as hospitals, student housing, industrial parks, and residential developments. She also assists expanding brands like Crumbl, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, Angry Chickz, and Buffalo Wild Wings with site selection and growth strategies.

Kandy and her team provide comprehensive commercial real estate services, representing buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords with professionalism and market expertise.

Kandy is has been awarded the Crexi Platinum Award for 2024 and 2025. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), West Branch Valley Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Kandy is also a certified home stager and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.
