Klair is a Commercial Real Estate Associate with Bennett Williams in the State College office. A licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania, she is currently completing her degree in Communications and Entrepreneurship at Penn State University while working full-time in commercial real estate.

Klair combines her background in marketing and communications with a client-focused approach to commercial real estate. She is committed to building strong relationships throughout Central Pennsylvania and helping businesses identify opportunities for growth through strategic leasing, site selection, and property acquisition, with a particular focus on markets east of State College.

With a strong interest in tenant representation, Klair is actively involved in projects with national brands including Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, Arby’s, and Sonic. She is passionate about building relationships, supporting business growth, and helping clients achieve their real estate objectives throughout the region.
