Melissa is a York County native, who graduated from York Catholic & York College with a background in construction and commercial real estate. After starting my career in Las Vegas—she worked for Marnell Corrao Associates on major projects like Caesars Palace, City Center & M Resort—she then transitioned into property management, overseeing everything from Class A office buildings to retail centers.

Seeking a slower pace life, Melissa and her family relocated to Florida. She spent 15 years in Southwest Florida as a small business owner, running a successful family pizzeria. After moving back home to York post Hurricane Ian & following a short retirement, she decided to return to a career she loved.
