Ryan Myers

Ryan Myers began his real estate career in 1997, working as an intern for Bennett Williams Commercial, while attending Shippensburg University. Upon graduation, he continued working there until 2002. Ryan remained in the commercial brokerage industry with two other firms, before re-joining Bennett Williams Commercial in 2018 at their York office.
Ryan has represented Royal Farms and Patient First with their expansion into Central Pennsylvania. Other notable Central Pennsylvania projects include the leasing of Gateway Hanover (a 450,000 SF Target anchored center), redevelopment of Carlisle St. & Eisenhower Dr. (an assemblage of 20,000 SF of new retail), sale of a professional office building at 96 South George St (62,900 SF), land sale and leasing multiple buildings to Schindler Elevator (22 acres and 350,000 SF).
Ryan is licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland and has his CCIM designation. He has served as a Board Member for the Hanover Chamber, Keystone Core Services, MainStreet Hanover and the North-East Chair for RBN’s Tenant Council. He currently serves as the Chair of the Economic Restructuring Committee for MainStreet Hanover. He is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, Inc. (ICSC) and Retail Brokers Network (RBN).
Beyond Work…
Ryan resides in York, PA with his wife and three daughters. In his free time, he enjoys running, playing guitar, and surfing.
