Sarah Greecher

Sarah joined Bennett Williams in 2020 as a Property Accountant. She brings 15 years of accounting knowledge and experience with 6 of these years in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management. Sarah is a graduate of Penn State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management. With this designation, she obtained a position with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts where she was a Sales Manager throughout Texas and Florida for several years.

After moving back to PA, Sarah obtained her first Accounting role with Shred-It Philadelphia handling Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll. Concurrently she attended night school and earned her Master of Business in Accounting and Finance from Keller School of Management, Devry University. Her Commercial Real Estate experience began at Hayden Real Estate Investments/Hayden Management Company in Conshohocken, PA. Here Sarah was the Accounting Manager responsible for a portfolio of commercial acquisitions measuring approximately 2.5 million s/f in office, retail, flex and/ or warehouse space. Her duties included Budgeting, Cash Management, Data Analysis, Bank Compliance and Financial Reporting.
