Sales and Leasing Executive

Stacy is a leasing and sale expert for Bennett Williams specializing in the Greater Philadelphia Region, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experience, representing both tenants and landlords of retail, flex, industrial, life science and office spaces.  

Prior to joining the company in 2025, Stacy was Vice President of Sales and Leasing for a large suburban commercial real estate owner and was responsible for managing and leasing its 2.5 million SF mixed use portfolio.  Stacy has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience. 

Stacy is a member of ICSC and is the current President of the Chester County Commercial Industrial Investment Council (“CII”).  She is also a board member of the Chester County Economic Development Council.  Stacy has been honored with the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Woman of Distinction Award, as well as Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry’s Female Business Leader of the Year.  

Stacy earned her CCIM designation, holds a PA broker’s license and is an experienced panelist having spoken at many BISNOW events.
